How long will my custom bedding take? TOP

Normal turn around time can be between 4-5 weeks.

We suggest you plan well ahead of your due date to ensure completion and delivery of your bedding.

How will my bedding be shipped? TOP

All of our custom bedding is shipped UPS
You will be e-mailed a tracking number at the time of shipment. And or you can check back to our website and use our order tracking link. All tracking numbers will be recorded in here for easy access for our customers

Where do you ship to? TOP

We can ship all most any where. If you live outside of the United States please contact us for shipping charges. Customers outside the U.S. will incure a higher shipping charge.

Do you take custom orders with my fabric? TOP
Yes we do, We are totally custom. Even though from time to time we will have ready made items. So even though you may not see a fabric or color your looking for, we can sure help you find it. Give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you determine just how much fabric will be needed.

I don’t see exactly what i'm looking for on your site but have an idea of the colors I like, can you help me design my bedding? TOP
Sure give us a call or e-mail us and we will be more than happy to assist you in finding what you are looking for. We have provided some fabric website links under our Favorite Link button in the top navigation bar.

Can I mix and match fabrics available on your site? TOP
Sure, Some of our collections have links on them so you can view all the fabric patterns in a collection that are available. We can work with you on this to get just the look you want for your custom bedding.

Can I return my bedding? TOP
We stand behind our product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied we will gladly accept returns on NON custom items.
Any light change on the bedding is considered custom therefore not returnable.
There is a 50% restocking fee on all returned ready made bedding and accessories.

Can i get my money back after i order my custom bedding if i change my mind. TOP
No, Since we special order fabric in for every custom set we do not give refunds if all supplies have been ordered for your bedding.
We do not keep all fabrics on hand at all times. So each custom order is fulfilled as a special fabric purchase. Of course each order is treated special to your case. If you decide on a different fabric after 1st. fabric has been purchased please contact us.

How do I clean my bedding? TOP
As with any product made with decorator fabric dry cleaning is recommended. Some bedding use multiple fabrics on each collection and therefore sometimes certain fabrics may bleed due to washing. Or some may be washable on your set and some fabrics may not be. In order to maintain the new look of the bedding we highly recommend dry cleaning or spot cleaning.

Will the dye lots be the same if I came back and ordered other accessories at a later date? TOP
We highly recommend you order all the accessories at the same time since I cannot guarantee the dye lot color will be the same.

Can i get fabric swatches? TOP
We will be more than happy to snail mail you some fabric swatches of the fabric you are using if needed for painting and coordinating items in your nursery. Just let us know.
